General Manager & Owner
Pat is RSG’s founder, general manager and estimating guru. He has been in the insurance and construction industry for 19 years. He spent 9 years as an insurance large loss claim adjuster, traveling all over the United States helping during catastrophes. He has 10 years in the construction and asbestos abatement industry. Pat lives in Port Orchard with his wife, three children, and three German shepherds. When not being our tireless leader, he enjoys sports, cooking, and vacationing with his family. Pat’s energy and enthusiasm is contagious. To say he is personally invested in this company is the understatement of the year.
Operations Manager & Estimator
Bryce is our operations manager and estimating professional. He has extensive construction knowledge – having worked in the industry since 2007 and managing and marketing his own tile business for a time. He made the switch to the specialized abatement field because he wanted to concentrate his focus on estimating and the customer experience. Bryce lives in Gig Harbor with his wife and two young children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family in Chelan and golfing. Bryce brings enthusiasm and a fresh perspective and is a wonderful addition to our team. We’re so lucky to have him.
Accounting & Office Manager
Janet is our accounting and office superstar – um, I mean manager. She dots all the i’s and crosses all the t’s and generally keeps everyone in line and the ship running smoothly. She has a degree in business administration and management and has experience in employee benefits, human resources, and accounting. She managed her own business support service for over 10 years, so she is acutely aware of the importance of fostering positive customer relations and what it’s like to manage a business. She started working in the restoration and abatement industry in 2014. When not investing her time, energy, and love into RSG, she invests her time, energy and love into her family. She lives in Puyallup with her husband and two sons. Janet is organized and meticulous and 100% devoted to the success of RSG, which is sometimes annoying, but usually appreciated.
Melissa is our business development expert. She has a warm, collaborative personality and is naturally good at communication and fostering long-term relationships. Melissa has a degree in sociology from Montana State University and 24 total years in the industry; 5 years as an insurance large loss property adjuster and 19 years in the mitigation and construction industry. She lives in Port Orchard with her husband, three children, and three German shepherds. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, camping and traveling. Melissa is passionate about RSG’s success and in helping the company reach its full potential. Her energy is contagious and she's such an awesome part of this company.
